What else is important
In addition to the deposit, the landlord requires proof of income for the last 3 months and a self-disclosure. The deposit, the first rent and the agency commission must be transferred to the landlord's account specified by the landlord by the time the tenancy agreement is signed. The rent is to be transferred in advance by the 5th of the month. The rental period is limited to 3 years, with an option to extend, the tenant can cancel in writing after 1 year at the earliest, to the last day of each month, subject to a 3-month notice period without giving reasons. (Minimum rental period is therefore 16 months). It is compulsory to take out household insurance.
