The recently renovated 1-room apartment offers everything Your heart desires. It is located on the 5th elevator floor of a new building, in a central top location, but with very little noise. A high-quality bathroom with a large, walk-in-shower and an open kitchen with an extractor hood from Küppersbusch as well as an induction stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave - all from AEG - complete this apartment. What else is important

The landlord requires 3 BMM deposit, as well as proof of income for the last 3 months and self-disclosure. The deposit and the 1st rent are to be transferred to the account of the landlord specified by the landlord until the rental contract is signed. The rent is to be transferred in advance by the 5th of the month. The rental period is limited to 3 years, the tenant can terminate in writing after 1 year at the earliest, at the end of each month, subject to a 3-month notice period without giving reasons. (Minimum rental period therefore 16 months)

I am at your disposal for visits, as well as for further information!

Additional costs are incurred when concluding a rental agreement. If the rental contract is not concluded, my work will remain completely free of charge for you. For details, please refer to the ancillary costs overview. In the case of a deal with you or a third party named by you, our fee (according to the Fee Ordinance for Real Estate Agents, BGBI. 262 and 297/1996) is 2 gross monthly rents plus statutory sales tax.
